Alteo Investment Management announces the sale of a 22,550 sqm premium logistics warehouse located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon (Eure, France) to Savills Investment Management, on behalf of a German pension fund.

A logistics investment project structured by Alteo Investment Management
Alteo Investment Management, a specialist in industrial and logistics real estate investment and asset management, supported the logistics operator De Rijke as asset manager by structuring the financing of the project. The investment was arranged through a funding round involving Virtuo Industrial Property and private investors. Bank financing was provided by Caisse d’Epargne Normandie (Jean-Baptiste Sobry).
A strategic, sustainable and fully let logistics asset
Ideally located between Paris and Le Havre, with immediate access to the A13 motorway, the asset benefits from a key logistics position within one of Europe’s most dynamic corridors.
With a surface area of 22,550 sqm, the building is fully let on a long-term lease to logistics operator De Rijke, offering strong rental security from day one.
Designed to meet the highest environmental standards — a core requirement for both De Rijke and the Virtuo Group, both of which are mission-led companies — the site is equipped with:
an intelligent building management system,
high-performance LED lighting,
reversible heat pumps,
electric vehicle charging stations,
and a rooftop photovoltaic system operated by a specialised provider.
The building is certified BREEAM Excellent.
