VIRTUO Asset Management becomes ALTEO Investment Management

Over the past four years, the VIRTUO Groupe’s asset management business has enjoyed sustained growth, with a cumulative transaction volume of 500 million euros. This dynamic has highlighted the importance of clarifying the roles and expertise of our different entities.

To provide greater clarity and coherence to our organisation, VIRTUO Asset Management is adopting a new identity and becoming ALTEO Investment Management. This change is part of our commitment to offer our partners and investors increasingly structured and clear support.

VIRTUO Groupe, chaired by Grégory Blouin, now comprises three entities:
– VIRTUO Industrial Property: development and promotion of logistics assets.
– NOVEO Consulting: consultancy and ICPE audits, ESG techniques, project management.
– ALTEO Investment Management: investment and management on behalf of third parties.

With this new identity, we are reaffirming our ambition to offer ever more effective management solutions tailored to market needs.
